Lakeside Creative greeting cards are available for wholesale purchase at 50% off the retail price.
Our order wholesale minimum amount is $50AUD, plus shipping.
*This excludes card packets.

To receive the wholesale discount, add $100AUD or more to your cart, then apply the code LCWHOLESALE, and the amount will be reduced by 50%.

The easiest way to view all our greeting cards, is to head to the top menu,
click on the 'GREETING CARDS' tab, and select 'SHOP ALL'.

Packaging:
All wholesale cards come with envelopes and are individually packaged in a cello bags, and shipped in a box.

Terms:
All orders are charged at time of purchase and are not shipped until payment is received.
Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Cancellations:
We accept cancellations within 24 hours, if your order has not been dispatched.

Processing times before shipping:
Our current processing time for wholesale orders is 1-2 business days, once payment has been received.
If there any delays regarding our ability to fulfil your order, you will be notified as possible with a revised turnaround time. For larger orders and during peak periods, sometimes this can be 1-2 weeks.
Please get in touch if you have a deadline and/or would like to confirm our processing time.

Shipping:
All wholesale orders are shipped via Australia Post, and come with tracking. You will be sent tracking after your order has been dispatched. Shipping fee is currently $12AUD for Australian wholesale orders under $60AUD.
Pick up is not available at this time, however if you reside in Ballarat, Australia, we are happy to drop off your order.

Returns:
We accept wholesale returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged. Refunds include the full wholesale product price, less the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover the costs in return shipping unless the item/s are deemed faulty or due to our error.
We do not accept unsold merchandise.
If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

A couple of other notes:
Please do not sell our products on Etsy or Ebay.
