refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our Lakeside Creative products.

We do hope you are very happy with your purchase, however if you’re not satisfied you can contact us for a return. 

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.


Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your name, invoice number and reason for the return.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
We recommend returning your item with tracked delivery as we cannot refund orders lost in transit.

Damages

We accept returns, exchanges and refunds for damaged/defective items.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or custom products (such as personalised items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Refunds
Refunds do not include shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
